One way God whispers to us (see https://whatnow2do.com/2020/01/29/god-whispers/) is by putting seemingly serendipitous happenings into our lives. A song, a person, a delay. Several years ago, Squire Rushnell, an American author and writer, coined the term “Godwink” to describe the magic of these “events or personal experiences, often identified as coincidence, so astonishing they could only be of divine origin.”

There are no coincidences in the Providence of God. When you step out in faith, God can divinely align you by unfolding Godwinks along your path. So while it is your free-will hands on the wheel, your Navigator provides signs, just as you would find along an interstate highway, reassuring you that you’re on the right path.
