There will be great earthquakes, famines, and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven. All these are but the beginning of birth pains. (Luke 21, Matthew 24)

Have you been thinking that the damage from Helene, which has not even been a hurricane for over six days, seems out of proportion? Unusual? Abnormal? The world, for its reasons, would have you believe it is man-made global warming. Or this or that political party. Or some other control narrative.

They are right about one thing. It is man-made. It is God’s creation writhing in anguish at the sin of man. It is a heads-up to be a watchman on the wall. Is the end imminent? Maybe. Maybe not. But it is most certainly coming.

Here is a prophetic word: Every generation should live life as though Jesus was returning in their lifetime.
